Hello friends!
Sorry for the lack of posting. The wifi where we are staying has been down and the nearest Internet cafe is…well, not very near.
Our team has been in India for three weeks today. Wow! Each day is a reminder of how short our time is here.
Revelation 9:9-10
After I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
This is a promise, brothers and sisters. And this is the promise that is at the forefront of our vision. Everyday, we go out, hoping to meet brothers and sisters to encourage or those who have not heard the Good News so that we might share it with them. Each day we leave and search. This means most days we come home after several bus rides and more than a little walking holding on to the hope that our King has given us. We share as much as we can. And that is all we can do. Not all are called to see immediate fruit, or even any fruit.
Please pray for our brothers and sisters here, those that may be new in the faith, and even those who have not yet entered. Pray that our team would not be discouraged, that we could be dilligent and faithful to the One True God. Pray for intentional encounters and boldness.Pray for India.
Next week we will be traveling, so hopefully we will have more of our adventures to share with you soon!
In love,
Julia
