We made it to Delhi!

All went well these past two days.  our flights from Charfleston to Delhi were smooth and uneventful.  Unfortunately, one team member- Kevin Phillips, wasn’t able to get his passport in time to come.  We miss him already. Hopefully he will be able to go this fall.

Delhi is hot and dusty, like usual.  We visited a friend of Rick Higgins today in another part of Delhi than where I have been before. He is Thilak Pappu, an evangelist and church planter.  He was a student of Rick’s at CIU.  We had wonderful fellowship and a good Indian meal. Thilak with his wife and two children at home were wonderful hosts. Thehy have two other sons who are students at CIU currently. The Pappus live in a great house which gives them room for ministry as well as hospitality.

Libby, Rick and I are doing well physically.  We plan to leave early tomorrow for H  where we will conduct a conference for pastors and Christian workers.  Pray for God’s anointing on us as we lead and teach.
